“ I'll be very clear and upfront. I didn't grow up in the Chanhassen/Chaska area, but I had friends who did, and they seemed to have a rivalry where Chan was the Boozhy rich kids and Chaska were the hillbilly townies, and since I had recently moved to Chanhassen, I ironically picked a side and would give them a hard time to the point where it just became second nature to run down Shakopee/Chaska as the black sheep goober cousin of the "Elite/Pristine/Nice" rich Chanhassen area. That said... The Chaska cub is roughly 19 times better, nicer, and more efficiently run than the Chanhassen Cub. The Chanhassen Cub is an embarrassment. Thank you Chaska for at least having one decent alternative. ”

“ A classic grocery store. I appreciate the option of a smaller two-tier cart. Where Cub food's shine is the items in the circulars. If you are looking to keep your total grocery bill down getting all your items here won't do it. I think they make up for the discounts they give by having every other item a dollar more. When getting 15+ items it makes a difference. I say stick to the major discounts and go elsewhere for the rest. They have a good selection of items. They have some items like fresh pasta I can't find at any other grocery store in Chaska. They usually are the first ones to have my cinnamon ice cream in stock around the Thanksgiving Holiday time. They typically have a self-serve register out but there is not usually a line. When using the cashier for check out they are always friendly and speedy. I typically gravitate towards the self check out because I am only grabbing a couple of items. ”
“ I needed to transfer a prescription to this pharmacy after an insurance change. Jenna, the pharmacist, is FABULOUS! She was friendly, extremely helpful, and took extra time to figure out options when my insurance initially wouldn't cover the medication. In the span of just a couple hours, she worked with my doctor and my insurance and found a solution. My prescription was ready before my the time my old pharmacy had even quoted me for a refill pickup. I can't speak to the whole store - I don't usually shop here - but I definitely recommend this pharmacy! ”
“ I like Cub Foods when I want groceries as opposed to shopping at Target where they don't carry the big variety. I love their wheat berry bread. Since the remodel, the store is clean and organized. Good selection of groceries. Love the bakery. I have been using Instacart at this cub and it is great. Especially when ordering cases of water and other big items. It comes quick. It is well packaged and the selection is good. ”
